The flu - Scary 104.9

Yes, Shana got the flu - the infamous swine flu. It was never confirmed but the doctor was 95% sure it was. She came down with a fever last Saturday. We thought it was tooth related since her first tooth finally make an appearance last Friday. When the fever hit 104.9 3 a.m on Monday, it was time to rush to an emergency room. The doctor told us it was the flu but not to worry since they had seen so many cases of it and they all have been very mild. The doctor was right. She ran a fever for another day and it was gone. She never lost her appetite for milk, fruit, and bread the whole time she was sick. What a trooper she was!
